Korda Combi Multi Rig Wide Gape X Hooks - Barbed is a ready-tied carp rig designed for anglers who want a proven, consistent presentation without having to build the rig from individual components. It is based on the Combi-Multi Rig featured in Korda’s Masterclass content with Darrell Peck and is supplied as an off-the-shelf version tied to the same style of setup.

The rig is constructed using 25lb Boom and 25lb Slip D Braid, giving it a blend of stiffness and flexibility. The Boom section helps create separation from the lead system, while the braided section allows the hookbait to move more naturally, making the rig suitable for modern carp fishing presentations where both mechanics and subtlety matter.

This version uses Korda’s Wide Gape X hook in a barbed format, or Wide Gape in barbless. The Wide Gape X is described as the hook forming the mainstay of the rig, and the barbed version is available alongside the barbless option for anglers who prefer or require that hook style.

At the swivel end, the Boom section is crimped to a Korda Size 8 Ring Swivel, which is designed to fit neatly into a Korda Lead Clip setup. This makes the rig simple to attach and keeps it compatible with a commonly used carp fishing lead arrangement.

The rig is available in size 4 and size 6 options, giving anglers a choice depending on hookbait size, venue conditions and personal preference. Each pack contains two ready-tied rigs.
